BE RELENTLESS. You cannot reach the finish line quickly if you meander along. You must be clear and focused and unstoppable. Your end game must light your heart on fire.
Ask yourself two questions.
Am I doing what I love?
Would I be happy doing this even if I wasn’t getting paid?
As if the challenges of a pandemic weren’t enough, let’s throw in the destructive aftermath of a hurricane. If you haven’t reached your tipping point with social distancing, masks, and the cancellation of every social event, celebration, and gathering, try flushing your toilet with pond water. It turns out, the unraveling of basic hygiene was the […]

One word: AMAZING. I reached out to Susan when I started taking running seriously and was completely inspired by her athletic achievements. I needed to really understand the connection between mind, body and soul and knew Susan was the one that could mentor me. She helped me not only with nutrition but she inspired me to push further than I thought possible. Years later, I’m a proud member of the “Marathon Group” and every time the going got tough during those mindless training runs I channeled Susan and could hear her say “You’ve got this”. She is the queen of turning lemons into lemonade in the sweetest way. She will tell you mindset is 99.9% of the game – and she’s right. Anyone who is lucky enough to work side by side with her will come out on top and be a winner.

The thing about life is everyone, every single person, has to endure the hard stuff, the lemons. Susan has a beautiful way of shining a light and persevering individually, while inspiring others. You will feel like you’re friends while reading her book, so get ready to cozy in, grab a tea, and be taken on a journey of positive affirmation that we all need from time to time.

Susan has been an amazing mentor and friend to me over the last three years! Her positive attitude and out look on life will change how you look at your own life and will shape your future personal growth and goals. By her own example, she has influenced thousands of people in her network (including me) to develop a positive mindset and continued personal growth.

I have been friends with Susan Wheeler for about 15 years. She is one of the funniest women on earth, (I’m the other one), but she is also intelligent, caring, resilient and genuinely optimistic. I have never known Susan to see the glass as half-empty or half-full; she focuses on filling that glass up with possibilities. I learn from my friend Sue every time we are together, and I honestly believe I am a better person for knowing her.

I have grown to know Susan through a business opportunity and from our first conversation together, her enthusiasm and positivity were radiating. She is someone who leads by example, guides the way to success, and is always willing to go the extra mile to help someone succeed. Susan has such a positive outlook with every situation and always encourages me, even when I may have lost faith along the way. Susan is always a believer that anything is possible. I am truly grateful to have Susan in my life, as a friend and a mentor, as she is one of my greatest inspirations.

I met Susan three years ago, what a true blessing she has been in my life. Over these years I have learned several lessons. Susan has helped to improve the way that I not only approach life but how I react to it. I am forever grateful for the lessons that she has taught both directly in terms of advise as well as passively by watching her navigate her own life and I have utilize much of what I have learned while counseling patients of my own in private practice. I feel not only privileged but also humbled to call her friend.

In attempting to find the right words to express my appreciation for Sue's impact on my life ~ This quote says it best: "You've always had the power my dear, you just had to learn it for yourself". Sue always has a positive attitude and has irrevocably made a positive impact on my journey to better health ~ mind/ body/and soul. ❤️ I am forever grateful ❤️
